Todays guest: the rage, applause!
Many people (not all, REALLY) are victims in the beginning. Then they become makers:
Either they heal themselves, or they create more victims. The one excludes the other. There is one duty, that even the ´willing to be a victim´ kind of people do have: not to load their shit on others.
But the proliferation of this unasked and moldering gift by certain individuals, is something that automatically implies their state of being a victim - which leads us back to the beginning:
If for example I am not obliged, to heal myself from inner wounds caused by others, but at the same time am obliged - and you are, you fucking son or daughter of a fucking bitch! - not to pass my load of trash on to others - then resultantly we have only one possibility left: that we absolutely have to help ourselves out of our inner darkness - and with this we have a duty.
(Lets specify this ´passing my load of shit´, for the sake of science: it is not meant here, as a passing, out of a weak moment while we are still learning, or freeing ourselves, but rather meant as a passing, out of a rigid persistence in that state of being a victim, and holding onto changeable points of views or expandable views, especially to obstructive views, which implicate the stagnation of mind.)
So you have the fucking responsibility, before becoming a good-for-nothing kind of being, no one asks for - simply by not taking care of your inner health - to take care of exactly this.
And to the rest: beware of not being made by victims!
Make it better, and make yourself!

Types of rage:
- rage against the Machine ;)
- rage against the motherfucking daughter of a motherfucking bitch
- rage against the motherfucking son of a motherfucking bitch
- rage against oneself (fewest constructive, and therefor not recommended)
Theses are the most significant ones,
derivative forms are also known, many of them, but as their use is equal to their harm, they don´t need to be mentioned.

The closing phrase (spoken with love, and a kind voice):
TO ALL OF YOU
BLACK HOLES OF MY LIFE:
I AM MORE than you can BELIEVE IN
I AM MORE than you can GRASP
I AM MORE than YOU.
What´s simple, is true.
